I bet 100% most of the people who are crying and making fun of people who invest real money into game, would do exactly the same thing if they were able to do so. I dont see anything bad if someone can afford it and cut corners to have fun in this game instead of spending hundreds of hours grinding for the gear just to have an hour of pvp/day.
Unless innova has different way of upgrading these weapons, you need over 220-230 claws + the weapon itself. That said, their clan would have to farm all 3 dragons every time they spawn and still, it would take extremely long time to do. You really belive they didnt RMT to get these? If so, youre very naive to belive it Ncwest stands much longer than innova plus there was an event with these weaps and yet theres no lv 3 weap. Furthermore im not even sure if theres lv 2 somewhere... There was Valakas slasher but as leader of pve clan on chronos got it noone upgraded it. Where did I say i have problem with that? All i said is, its his wallet playing not him. And thats true. If olympiad was based on clean gear and fair chances, nobe of the RMTers would be even close to hero. Myself, i was buying stuff as well, but it wasnt enormous amount like others do. I can tell you a fun story. There was an archer in our clan who decided to go RMT. From 98 it took him 3 months to go lvl 103 or 104 (on the start he was paying 250kk per kama duo run for ertheias) and get dark bow +17 3sa, full set +10-12, full jewels, gems and everything maxed. On the end, he got banned for RMT Next thing, theres a site selling adena, they are currently buying dragon claws in a price of 22$ each and after short research they got already paid to buy a dragon weapon for a single guy. Still think RMT is fine?
He got banned with all his items, so what's the problem? As for russians, they did not have to farm all dragons, they could easily just buy all claws, since no sane person would keep them and plan on upgrading. And as for the guy you are talking about, he was solo running all instances for years and that is 1 per character. Once you have the top gear you can pass it on any other box titan/evi and double/triple your runs.

(insert 9gag pic), I don't know from what world do you come, but I haven't met any CL that didn't keep all dragon claws besides the ones cashing out with intentions of never comming back, all CL's of Core killing dragons (Kengaa and Hax and I guess Ultimated if he starts killing them) I doubt they will sell any claw since those will end up in their enemy clan and might hurt them some day (let's say when clans drop retribs / bows / daggers / blabla)
Well maybe, but situations could be totally different in different servers. Just saying. And everything has a price especially when you have a lot of money If they make dragons instanced zones then nobody will be able to have them on lockdown and that's when people will start selling/buying them for crazy money.
Yeah we don't have enough instanced content killing the game that they will also allow carpet mode in dragons since next chronicle to avoid any kind of fight for anything and now you come up with the greatest idea ever, to make instances dragons, with ideas like this we can call this game Hello Kitty Online, instead of l2, golden ages when the moment you wanted to do anything you had to step out from town to farm 1 xp or 1 adena
You won't have problem about p2w in new server, since the main problem in core is not about donation and "p2w" is about 5 years of exploited farming spots that you CAN'T use to farm anymore, since with the time all of them have been going deleted, even the last one, Pavel is going to be, and even zaken and freya. This is so simple to understand, imagine a clan or a player that have been farming for months and months 150kk+ per hour in pavel, and in the 5 years in SOA and a large etc, that's TONS of adena moving in the server, and that's why everything is so expensive that you are forced to donate to get some of that FARMED ADENA that other's could farm in the past and that no longer is possible since places are DELETED. And you are forced becouse you no longer can farm in those spots that they did for 5 years, you need to deal with 15-20kk from 8 daily at 99 everyday, wich is NONSENSE. You won't have this problem in new server since it dosn't matter if you can get items by Tarot, you still will get the same amount of adena as the other players, it will be EQUAL in that way, that means that all the server are going to move almost the same amount of adena and you will have chance to buy items and get gear. It's very simple to understand, is just logic and economics. So if you have some full CP'S, go for it, you will have a great change in this fresh server. Greetings, have a nice day.
With premium account and decent activity u will still have fun if u don't wanna spend money on l2store , but ur rank will be medium as other 70% of clans on server if u wanna play on high rank or top l2store only option even if u play 20h / day u will never be able to be competitive with l2 store partys Mar 21, 2017 " no char is overpowered enough to kill an entire party by itself." really ? It is not my idea, it is in the patch notes of the next update and it has been discussed already for the past month I don't know about you,but I have been playing l2 on and off since C4 so trust me I know what it means to grind and fight for the stuff. And FYI you as well could easily buy alot of adena back then just as easy as now and get all top items, just not many people were into that much and were enjoying the process of leveling up and learning the game. Btw I also do not agree with more instance stuff as it kills L2 for what it is.
People wouldn't need to RMT to improve char or bot to farm if there was enough progression path and items were dropping constantly enough, it's as simple as that
Wrong. RMT will always be part of any mmo. It is simple economics, supply/demand my friend. And again there are quite a few means making adena/items in this game, especially if you are part of semi active and coordinated CP. But that is not the main problem and for the nTH time problem is that people want EVERYTHING and NOW for running a few instance here and there for an hour or two.
There might be people that want anything fast like you said, but most of people what they want is a viable way of farming adena be it in group or solo just not to be left behind 3-4 chronicles in terms of gear when compared to top spenders
