[font=tahoma, sans-serif]freya necklace normally gives: [/font]resistance to water +10, resistance to bleed +20%, resistance to paralysis/shock/sleep +15%, magic skill cooldown -5%.reflect 4% of damage, max mp +50, mp regeneration +0.23, resistance to mental attacks +10%. but the magic skill cooldown(reuse) is bugged and we dont get the effect. please check and inform us when will be fixed please. kind regards
i've checked some magic skills of iss enchanter. the effect of magic skill cooldown works correctly. quick escape divine cancel quick return i think you tested with the skills which have a fixed cooldown.
i have run some tests with frintezza, which has similar skill cooldown function to freya. with tezza you do indeed get a shorter cooldown on active skills, like attacks, that consequently have 5% shorter cooldown. some buffs and skills that are related to "lenght of duration that they will last, like "hide", have 10% reduction, or the buffs last longer (cant remember which way it was since its some time ago i did my tests). proposition: go into dye merchant in aden, do forceattack on the npc, time the cd without freya, then do same with freya, and time it again. you can try the same with heals and what ever, for in case you are curious^^ best, lootus - aria ps. has anyone tested the istina necklace skillcooldown reduction yet? i would be interested in the mechanics of this epic neck. send me result via forum mail if you happen to find any info, since i dont double check posts i have written something at.
