    I have the same problem and have the Windows 10 Pro Version 1703 ( Creators ) can I do anything?

    Reinstall it from scratch or wait until formal release 11 of April.

    If you updated to Windows 10 Creators version and want to rollback , just go to update & security>recovery and select to go back to the previous version of windows 10 that should fix it.
    No need to Reformating and Reinstalling windows 10.

    In testing mod, not worldwide. Announce was on 11th.
