Clan Hall auction starting + fix on Kartias for Ramona

    Dear players of Ramona,

    we fixed an issue that didn't allow players to make bids on clan halls and the auction will be available today after maintenance.

    Also, Kartias will be rebalanced, removing slots from k85 and adding them to k95.
