Ramona Clan Hall auction reset

Dear players,

yesterday with the start of CH auction we encountered a problem with the auction ending too early for most of the clan leaders to be able to take any action - the auction ended at 19:00 CEST.

We discussed it tonight and talked to the developers about possible actions that would make as little impact on the clans as possible and developed the following solution:

1. We will reset all clan halls that were obtained on yesterday's auction today, so those CHs will be available for bidding for 1 more week.
2. All bids will be returned to the clan leaders of the clans (their personal WHs)
3. The clan halls that were not obtained via auction will keep their bidding period until Wednesday next week.
4. The clan halls that will be reset today will be available for bidding until Thursday next week.
5. Any items obtained through clan hall item production menu won't be seized.
