You will be able to make up to level 110 if you xp hard enough, but xp requirements for 105-106 being x10 times 1-105 is going to be still same, count in top of that, there aren't mobs of lvl 104+ nor any xp place, and we're not getting one of the best xp areas they have atm in korea, which is improved GoS. Also there are no new skills / new skills levels to get after 105 so it doesn't make any sense to make xp after 105 more than lifting pvp dmg / debuff deacrease chance and get some extra ap's (important enough ofc to get levels cuz of those, but most ppl won't stack xp items/runes for that)
don't forget you get 100% xp passive after finishing exalted part5. so that 10x can be counted as 5x 1>105. but yes.. it's a loooooooooong way to reach 110...
