looking on youtube on messiah citadel outer and inner instance...hard and you need alot of time...ppl gona cry about scams 2-5 partys...you need to redrop at the end :3...why didnt the koreans just make so that drops in cc be random for 1 ppl in all cc...just like in 1 party :c

 

Because not everyone is doing it in random CC's but clan CC's mostly

I think prolonging the time to delete a character to 3 days is unnecessary. I'm pretty sure that if someone has waited 24 hours, they were entirely convinced that they wanted the character deleted. No need to prolong it. What's more, you are losing 2 days when you could get dragon eggs or just start playing a new toon. In my opinion that's not a good idea.

 

So I hear rumors that OE R weapons will be tradable in Libra for R99. Can you let us know if this is going to be possible?

 

No it's not going to be possible at all, you can exchange only weapons to same grade

 

That's not happening during Red Libra.
Korea had an update in which you could change blessed R grade weapons/armor +7/6 or more for normal R95 and the same from blessed R95 to normal R99.
You also need some gem R, cry R and some new "stones" that you get from random raids, special instance zones, and R99 weapon/armor crystallization. The higher the enchant the more of those items you need.
But we don't really know if we will get this option in the next update like we never got the Special Ability for Epic Jewels. Every region has its differences.
