i found this in ncwest forum bug list New exalted spell books have to be learned on a Lv. 103 Mainclass, we have asked this to be lowered to Lv. 99 so it can also be learned when you complete the quest with the dual class instead. this happens for us too or it's fixed?

Those bosses have AI drop rather than a regular drop-list in script, that's why there are not listed on l2wiki. They still drop items as before. I don't see the devs' answer in US report so far. If devs fix it for them, we'll also request this fix.
So, basically, what you're saying is if i stopped playing my main class on lvl 99... and my dual class is lvl 104 i can't learn the book only because my main class is lvl 99????
Exactly, you got it right. NCWest asked for a fix so you can learn it either on main or dual, but no answer yet it seems

Most likely, next Tuesday. Devs also promised to send NCW request to all overseas verisons (regarding the Exalted spellbooks).
As for the spellbooks, this fix wasn't received so far, so maybe it will arrive in a week or so - not necessarily this Tuesday. Devs finish work and go on their holidays (May, 1~9) to have some fun.
@DIL i know it is on ncwest but more and more ppl complain about issue with lvl 104 exalted quest regarding mystic tavern is it possible to check it also for our version? thank you very much.

Other different issue: Every time switch from main to dual or vice versa, I have to remove and put one jewel lv6 again to get their bonuses (brooch active / passive skills). No information on this at the moment. Devs didn't approve this feature yet. I'm not sure if this was reported, don't remember exactly this issue. Have you contacted Support Team with this issue?
Hi GM's/ Fragola, Q: What happened to crystal cavern passes? A: It's an error and will be fixed soon. I know i have asked this before about CC 3x, but anyhow is there a chance to get michaela soul? Please i was planning to finish Exhalted part 2 this weekend, but now i have to wait a week or more to finish it. Does Dev team would need to add this Q item or innova admins are able to? Thanks
You can still enter CC, just once per day, so there is still chance to get your quest item, just lower.
i have been hunting Coral Room every day. and today is the day until 18.00PM. and i saw it was wise Michaela. hit her and then pr from room. waited nd got back again. Tried like this few times, but no armed. Guess u would need to kill wise and hope for the best. but abviously cannot go second and third time...
