Best ways to get Hero Treasure Chests?

I mean let's say boom I need the hero treasure chest, what's the quickest/cheapest/least painful way to get one, aside from $$$? I assume I need to make a spoil right, but where do I go from there? Which mat people mostly use to get the chests? Or do people simply use the gemstones/R crystals?

I mean it doesn't exactly has to be some top secret stuff. I'm barely two months into G.o.D.+ chronicles so everything is a bit of secret to me right now
