Problem in my 2 acc login

good afternoon.
I'm having trouble logging in to my acc, every time I go to ACC it hangs on ok and the game runs.

 

You mean browser? What does exactly hang?

 

Not the same game in itself, it crashes when it's ok on the screen that enters the game. Hence closing, even opening just this acc of this error.
