Core event npc missing

It looks like there is no NPC for this sibi-letter event. Any info?

 

I think this event wasn't even supposed to come yet since they had problems while trying to introduce it in Ramona no?

This event wasn't promised to be installed today, so why do you ask about that?
It was postponed.
It makes no sense to me - I do "Team Blog" to inform you people about what's coming up next and you keep asking every day "when event?"

 

He is asking because there are letters sent to players in-game inviting to visit event npc and there are a lot of ppl in oren looking for this npc. Same situation as on ru servers when letters were sent a week before this event actually started. So u should make an official announcement that there is no event today, only some of its functionalities were installed prematurely.

checked that with my GM char lv 4, saw nothing, so had no clue what you were talking about.

rechecked with 85+ saw the letter from Sibi.
Please ignore it - the event mechanism was installed but not enabled.
