Lag's and Disconnects since 5 weeks.

    Hello,

    Today i decide to do the last Step befor i'll quit these Server and hope someone can help from the Community.

    My Problem starts 5 weeks ago, there i got many Lagg's ( sometimes the scree freeze for 2-3 min) and DC's every 10 min?

    At first i called my ISP ( 1 und 1, Germany) to fix my Issues. I tried many ways, fro dualstack ipv6/ipv4 to ipv4, DNS , VPN and done some test with them. But they dont find anything, the issuses i got Comes from Luxemburg.
    As secon step i mailed the glorious Support from Innova.... baad mistake the only answer they i got from GM Dew was "sorry u lost many hops from our Server at Cogentco, but we cant do anything".

    now, anyone who want to help me, dont tell me to wrote a ******* ticket ( anyone can get the Screen from the glorious Support ) dont Tell me to Contract Cogentco / Telindustelcom or Level 3. Dont tell me i have to call my ISP , cause these guys from 1 und 1 ried to do anything what they can do, to Help me ( not like the glorious Support from Innova)

    Here my Winmtr Log, now Tell me did i have to Call cogentco ? or U?! u get the Money from the Players and u cant talk to them, rly?
    And my last question, Check my files and m ip did u changed everthing ? cause from 08.07 till 10.07 i got no laggs Oo an since 11.07 i got the same Situation as befor.

    Forum is not an official Support. It's a place where volunteers sometimes are able to help. And sometimes - not.

    You can see you have very huge ping to the first node, you have package lost between Deutsche Telekom and cogentco, it's not your ISP and not Innova. So. If you already tried everything from your ISP Support side and I believe you don't want to change your ISP there nothing could be suggested.

    And what is with the other 2 Person who got the same probs with Cogentco? i only CANT connect to l2, i can trace to any side ( with cogentco as part of the trace ) without any lost of hops. but only if i try to trace to l2 server it doesnt work.

    What is with a several VPN ? Should i rly have to pay for VPN at Luxembourg to Play l2 ?

    What Luxembourg resources did you test? And what was the result exactly?

    Ill run the Winmtr right now, if i got a huge pack of Dates ill Show u it.

    But first , Tell me which ISP u are using to provide ur Login / Play Server :)? Cogentco? Level 3? or Telindus ?

    I'm volunteer, I'm not Innova employee :)

    But seriously, ask Support. Suppose there are several different connection in data center but don't know exactly.

    I think the ls 2 Server dont like Telecom / 1 und 1 user
    cause the second Winmtr ( with Level 3 as Point) i lost the most hops on Innova side

    ya and u are right, the Forum is not a Support. But the Support from Innova ***** , and ***** and *****, i was pleased the GM Dew to stop the PA consumption as Long as i have laggs... lol not to talk what he said. He told me we can try a VPN To the L2 Server untill yet he doesn's send me the Log ins for the VPN Config. Its not a Support its only ****, dont know why but any Support ( 1 und 1 and the VPN Support) try to help as Long the issue are fixed.

    ya and u see cogentco ? or any ISP which is using from innova ? so it's like i said, with cogentco ( or any other isp) i cant log in to l2 Server (look secon winmtr ) WITHOUT ANY ISP WHICH IS USING FROM INNOVA i can log in without any package lost.

    so now ? who have to talk to his isp? btw the isp from the IP i tried to trace are the ISP Telindus, u see it work, at the secon winmtr u see some more tellindus Server where i lost packages, and u see that i lost some packeg at the Server

    It could be hidden behind vpn. Trace to your vnp host to be sure.

    I have the same problem as you and the only way i can play is via Battleping, Server Germany 2, Connection 2.

    Gatses , Thank u for doing anything!! Thats the Point i wish from a Real good Support !!

    and thats what i sayed over weeks !! it sensless to contract Cogentco cause they dont react when i asked them anything!

    ill Contact my ISP and will told them the totally Situation.
