I'm noob. Never palyed here. I finished the quest from Shannon (?) and there is a shining bag on his/her head. The quest is finished i think . the dummy one - but I can't have it talking with the npg. How do I unlock the next quest and get the prize of this one?
Hi, usually if you open your quest menu, it tells you the next step. So, did you manage to solve the problem or are you still stuck?
