Winf od Bard' Buff +100% Exp

Hello everyone,
I would to know more about that buff get by Steel Door quest if I don't wrong.
I don't understand where/when start quest and other info about that.

Sometimes ago a char buff me with that when was newbie. I would like take this buff on my char too.

Its strictly a low lvl quests related buff.
Basicly ull get it at most of the quests after finishing them at npc.

 

But the buff skill keep on char to the end? I'll ever this buff from my skill or just have during quest time? That's I want understand.

 

You get that buff when you do low level quests and last 1h.

 

u get it when u finish quest (not before taking) so its holds for full 1h and it doesnt matter u do other quests in that time or not, if u do other quest in leveling chain u will refresh that buff each time u finish 1 of those quests

 

I reach lv 85+ cannot take quest for this buff? If I get subclass I can?
I can that buff on myself or just low lvl buff?
