A lot of things can be done to help our dying servers, but it doesn't seem that anyone cares to take action anymore. In other words too lazy and too greedy they are.

What are you suggesting here, is not far apart than leveling scrolls/tickets or how else they are being called in other games. You buy a scroll, which if you use it on a level 1 char instantly gains level 85/99/etc etc Blade and Soul (NCWest) i think has such store item. I guess it is going to be expensive, to balance the loss from other XP/SP items you otherwise would be "forced" to buy for "convenience".
Yeah, but the question is how much Innova makes from a normal reroll in average and how much can they charge for the change. I think with the 50 cents for 1 vita bar they make in excess of 50 Eur per char, so changing should be more expensive than that. it also depends on your level. If 105 you already paid thousands for level with a lot of fishing and stuff so a mere 50 Eur will be extremely cheap, therefore, since Innova only thinks of big ebayers when changes things, they will put a very high price for change which will still make it inaccessible to regular players. So, yeah, I like red libra, I would like to see it more often, but Innova thinks it eats intot heir profits like many other free events that they nerfed, so wont happen too soon.
