I'm not allowed to install the game

I tried to download and install the game.

I download the launcher from its website, I give it to install but it does not create the game folder in the route that I indicate.

When you have just installed and entered the website instead of the "play" button appears the "install" button appears and I can not play.

I have tested with google chrome, internet explorer, I have cleared the cache and performed all the actions that indicate me in your help page and nothing works.

Use windows 10.

Finally I tried to copy the game folder I had on another computer, placed it in mine and I have reinstalled the game with the path where I copy the whole game folder. Neither did it work for me.

Any ideas? Thank you
