Do not try ones with fragments (yet), but again tried 570 regular Chests:

 

one guy in my clan sold everything 2x cheaper (russian business model), bought chests for all adena and got ±nothing worth
and at same time 2 guys from other cp in my clan got 2x 7signs energy, one friend baium soul ring, and tons of valakas/anthy bottles.
pure random.. anw as i heard one guy from TH bought or got 1 "better box" and got valakas thrower... not sure it's 100% true, but wouldn't be surprised..

 

Kuella has thrower frag. Tho not sure from how many boxes.

i'm not one to compliment innova for their well job done running the server(we all know it's not true), but it really is random luck, even though chances are low (very very low); few days ago i bought 3 shining out of which i got a lindvior earring; after that i did around 35 more shinings and nothing that big

 

guy from rus servers made videos where he open ~1k those shining boxes.. overall got 4 or 5 fragments, and ~20 - 30 claws or so..

How many Weapons on Core already? anyone know?

Still remember that april fols, when you guys made a post with dragon weapons on l2 store and told us : hey come on its a joke we never gonna put dragon weapons on l2 store. It will kill this game.

not the Event, neither the horrible prices are killing this game, its the people that wanna oneshot whole Siege Forces just to show their e-penor destroying this Game .

why all mad we will see like 2-3 guns when this event over , thos frags useless ;o 90% server population even now so far from top players that those guns dont change anything

 

I know you're not very bright, but if you knew what a STS mage can do with lindvior caster, you wouldn't say it. Even well geared archers with any bow/xbow can do a lot.

True that. I doubt they will care about some randoms like us... so caster or not it's all the same for 80% of the server.

 

Well yea.
Thoes weapons will affect only for ppl that are in TH and EN. Rest shouldnt care at all...
Btw i heard En Buying Lindvior caster from Hax for Anxi that he can finally achive something in this game.
