Its a bit noobish question,but I never did it before . And I dont want to *** it up. So I requested an new email address to my acc and Ive got it with a link. Link leads to starting page SIGN IN ,or CREATE and thats where Im lost? Whats next step to asign new email to old acc ? Thanks for any help.
log to acc: change email log to new email, click link there then log to old mail, click link there done.
I can't log into my old mail which I alrdy said in a ticket. My provider has deleted my mail "for inactivity" .
write to support with prepapred things zauliuz mentioned above they will help u if the account was yours they will ask some questions like: when acc was created, what was original mail, old passwords and etc
Thanks for tips. All that u mentioned here was in my ticket alrdy plus an info that I cant log into my old email. Yesterday I reply with another ticket saying same things. I guess I'll wait for answer.
I've rechecked it with our GMs: 1) you need to sign out of your account with the wrong email 2) click a link with the new email that will take you to the 4game page and your email in your account should be changed.
Just tried,not working that way. And I know that old pass is valid ,cuz it's still working with old email on 4game.
It took 1 year and a half to change mine with same automated replies 1 week or more apart. They accused me of buying the account with 1 char level 85 in bound s/r grade items when i returned to the game after 3 years. It was beyond ridiculous. In the end, managed to login to my old account which didnt get any emails dues to the high spam score from innova and changed it myself. Took me a trip to the old workplace and a 6 pack for the admin to temporarely disable the spam filter so I can do myself what innova should have done in 5 min. I hope you are more lucky than me but i would not hold my breath.
