so you dont need to be lvl 40 anymore to do the mentor thing?

im guessing the 1-40 on the mentee search means you can get the 200 percent exp boost and buffs at lvl 1 now? i quit before harmony update but im thinkin about re rollin and tryin lineage 2 again soon

also is it right that you could use the mentor stuff and grind on mobs to get exp instead of questing.cuz i dont know,i tried lineage 2 for a while after it went free to play and i didnt really like how the questing was set up
