it drives me so mad when i think how many years have passed and ncsoft hasn't released lineage 3 on pc with a modern engine and contemporary graphics.

Me.. I get puzzled everytime i see someone wanting NCSoft to make/release a Lineage 3 (on pc).
They (NCSoft) make more money from mobile Whaling than they do from PC Gaming. NCSoft has no reason to do it.
Even if they did do it, most of what made Lineage 2 great, got destroyed/ignored/flushed down the toilet (etc) in favor of, lets call it, profit. So if they did wanted to make a good Lineage 3, i would bet a good amount of money, they do NOT have developers that would know how to do it.
Yet people are, not only expecting, but hyped to get the next release of their favorite game (its the same with B&S, Aion, Lineage 2, etc) by a company that has constantly and deliberately grabbed the biggest mobile phone available and fisted their beloved games to oblivion.

At a time, when everyone seems angry at EA for being... EA, i wonder how the bigshot's at NCSoft's HQ feel when they see all the protests about lootboxes and microtransactions, lel
