The problem with classic is that you need skilled and active ppl to play with while the new chronicals are much easier for the handless ppl

 

The population problem is only because of too aggressive and expensive donation system. Nothing to do with old game.

as for me classic should be something from c3-c5.

 

Times changed, you can't have healthy game of c3-c5, the meta is figured out and tanks or any melee would not be played in any situation if they dont add new stuff. For example tank's pull is insane for mass pvp and makes it way more desirable, instead of adding that BS flame icon/spirit of shilen which made no sense.

 

tanks are much more usefull in mass pvps now even w.o mass pull lol

 

theres no blinks, so a single pull is really strong, and learning at 76 means has high chance to land, before pull existed it was fear/para bot, but warlord was stun bot for aoe (way better), so after 3rd class update tank became more useful in a single update than several updates on the original L2.

 

Tell me your best guess how many people with 2 trillion in gear do you think are on the server?

What rly matters is a gap between and imposibility to catch up for low/non donators.

That's not even close to top end items on classic. More like 400 bil. if not less on core right now, which is quite enough to have fun in pvp, as most people, EXCEPT very few, are around that range in gear and you do not need 2 tril. to pvp. Also, 100-200 bil. more in gear in reality can mean very little advantage. I.e. person A can have diamond 6 and person B ruby 6. In reality one negates the other more or less, but in terms of gear, person B has at least 50b more in gear. But I think this is out of your comprehension capabilities...

It's just sad seeing people *****ing non stop about how its impossible instead of encouraging people even for your own sake (more people to pvp with right?).

And no, im not even talking about 2 trillion in gear where only few people have it, cuz its no point, as there will always be people with more gear than you.

Well the whole point here is that people can make money and buy decent gear with enough time if they want to work for it, but then there are those who just cry here that its impossible to do anything, or more precisely impossible to do anything fast and that you need 2 tril. in gear to do anything.

Now its like this "I cant make 2 trillion in 1 year, game mechanics ****, impossible to farm" yadayada.
