    But...
    If u deal with accounts and chars only why u making restrictions on people computers, so in fact u identify me as real person ( protection system and sms ) Is it legal than?

    You're taking words out of context.
    1) ban reasons should be discussed in support, if you are still unaware why your character was blocked, please send a ticket.
