[25.01.2018] PvP tournament - pros and cons

U guys, just understand nothing at all.
We are saying we need to make items to reach 5 minutes matches approximately. We play Salvation update, so why we should play with Paulina sets and lvl 85?
U can use those items and u can still be squishy enough to make matches 5 minutes.
This tourney will be different for everybody. It wont be like Core anyways. Of course u will have even prep matches, but there is no reason to not use brooches, PVP items or so...

Of course nowhere is written match cannot be 20 minutes, but there is not so big chance matches will be 20 minutes if characters will be squishy enough to make much mistakes and be under constant pressure...

U can twist it no matter how, if u wanna play with 85 lv chars and S80 paulina sets, maybe go to classic section, they have tourney also.

 

once again u about this ****.. -pvp dmg is -pvp dmg.. u counting it as - damage received.. im telling u how it works.. because i tested it many years ago and i know how it works.. its just u cant realize..
but the point wasnt that.. u telling me once again pvp reductions is > dmg increases..
then HOW... HOOOOOOOOOOOOW ppl die against brooch casts (it doesnt matter, 1 or 50 needed in the end brooch cast >all your def).. even if u say tranks made it to 0 dmg for how long it was? 10-20-30-60s? after that what? kissing ground? - my prove > your prove..
u telling me u can outstand 7x7 without pr, without having any lv6 brooches on your side against party with 7x lv4 casts?.. prove it.. i want to see those skillfull players who can do that..
if both sides have casts u can stand for longer, but sooner or later some1 still dies.. and that proves my side of this nonsence u cant understand that DMG boost >def boost in any situation its just a matter of time (who has more casts, or who can organize more defs to stand for a bit longer)



i agree with v77 with his list because:
no brooches no sayha no abu (just pvp set, ruler, maybe tauti if want extra 5%)
pvp wep and 2 sa should counter those pvp set and etc.. and then the mind game comes in.. who has better organization and assistance, who has better tactics in defending and attacking.. also would mean smth with prediction skills of what atributes to use, how to set up AP and etc..
that would be normal tournament where skill matters and not l2store items and waiting of failure of 1 side

 

key word: brooch cast, not brooches

Brooch cast is pure matk/patk btw, not pvp dmg

 

Def bonus are bigger than they write , its pretty common knowledge . To overpower the defences you need to stack active skills brooch br/abundance/class bonus and so forth.

 

Again u pvp on paper. If my enemies will jsut heal and not make any pressure on me etc etc... Tell me 1 PVP like this? Only in your head and on paper.
I told u from my experiences, if u have stacked chars, only brooch cast itself not gonna kill U.

 

And I'm telling them no dmg boost doesn't require those def ones.. Simplier stuff shows more skill that's what about tournament should be, not like they suggesting "let's ave more pixels"

 

There is reason, why u are bad player. U dont see this game and u dont understand.

So lets imagine we will PVP without brooches. It mean no possibility to have cat eyes. Its 50% resist reflect damage. What does it mean?

Im telling U, we play Salvation. U wanna make some GoD PVPs where it was for example all about reflect damage and now reflect damage doesnt matter. We have Salvation update, we should stick to it.

Not even speaking what will 101 archer skill do if u will setup like GoD. Simply as Hax said, game is balanced with those items in this chronicle.
I really dont know guys, if u are so blind or just pretending to be dumb or whats going on here.

101 skill to no pvp sets etc, damge to barrier without anti reflect... it will be very funny PVP, sadly it will have nothing to do with Salvation update.

 

U 2 are pretending to be so stupid or?..
U trying to prove me def boost is higher than attack boost, explain to me how equally geared patty's still end up 1on the ground?
It doesn't matter how much defensive gear u (or your opponent) have eventually 1 die simply as that def boosts are lower than dmg boosts
If u still can't understand try something like seeing a doctor or banging head into wall I heard it helps

Do u play dota? Do u wanna tell me in Dota there are some OP L2store items? Can u explain me how 1 team always gonna win?

Brooch cast aint enough to wipe stacked party is answer on question u asked.

 

So let's make full full possible gear 10shirts, lv3dragon weps and so on, let's take some from NC and koreans too like 7s augus, pvp+presets, ancient king cloacks, god jewels max LV and so on

 

I dont really know what koreans have or no
I know only what we have on Core and also tournament is for Core.

As about dragon weapons, i have nothing against, if it will be balanced to have 5 minutes matches

As i stated before, important is to have balanced it for 5 minutes matches as majority of people wanna including Fragola. But it should still looks like L2:Salvation and not like L2:HighFive

i think you guys need to start organizing your TEAM and work for punish PVP bots... server full of players following on hide, anti backstab, interrupt script...
this server dying more because full automatized bot's in pvp than l2store...
and make merge server's both server dead because bot's...

 

last time when we make 7v7(few weeks ago) on this update its was 5-10min pvp evry fight with full broches level 6 and one dragon weapon each party
No brez,No hero skills just healer/iss res
to have broches level 6 its ok maybe its too much to have 7x level 4 broch cast but if they put only 4 slot broch jewel you can choise only 4 level 6 broches

 

gear should be:
blessed sets +8
bless weapons 2sa, 300 atr +10.
jewels soul aq/baium or tauti/trasken rings, bless anthy lindvior earrings, bless valakas/soul tezza necklace .
shirts like istina or octa,
belt ch or ekimus.
longing talisman.
dyes set by choice +5/+1.
idk about skill oe, probably +10 should be enough,
what else.. no giant augments, nothing fancy from l2store so basically it means no brooches, no aghations and other p2w stuff.
just basic gear.. or it's not enough to prove who is strongest? just idk about how long will last this 7v7, but it shouldn't took for a long time.
also skills only from awakened classes. no pof pow etc, no rapid shots, quick fire and other old skills.

if you are strong, prove it, no need make circus with those brooches and other stuff what is impossible to achieve for casual players. and pros is pros even in non grade? or i'm wrong? only items make them profeZZionals?

 

You are contradicting yourself. You want matches to be shorter but you want to include all def boost which without attack boost is overhelming..

Again you really have no arguments why basic gear should be used you just simple trash talking like Hax. And if you think feoh is the problem then limit 1dd class per party problem solved. This will bring more classes faster paced matches not your typica 15-20min fights where people fight until they use all their active skills.

And while everyone else said full items will obviously put you and hax in advantage since hardly anyone on server even has +12 weap/10-12 set brooches 5 shirt 10 etc etc. Its obvious you are just pushing this to be favorable to you and it has nothing to do with anything else you say. Game designed to have pvp at any stage not just with top items. Check ramona on first months of opening tons of pvps with paulina sets.

 

I dont see why there is a need to impose limits on whatever.
Everyone has their own concept of what is "fair", so in the end there will always be someone bi.. complaining.
Instead of trying to drag people's equipment or w/e down, equalize them at the top.
If every participant has a top pvp char to play with in the tornament, then skill is the defining factor right?

Plus, it gives participants a chance to try items they may want to get on their servers in the future aaaaaaand it gives a chance for INNOVA to publicize said items. Win / Win situation, right?
