    Hello,

I decided to return to the game after a long break. After logging in to your account and installing the game. PLAY is not displayed all the time is INSTALL. I've installed the game several times, cleaned ccleaner, nothing helped.

    Can anyone help me?

    Windows 10 x64

I checked it earlier. I decided to check by Check4Game. It showed the lack of Frost files. I updated and the game only started on the Internet Exlporer, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. I can not play the game on Firefox in Windows 10 x64

How to start the game on Firefox Quantum 58.0.2 (64bit)? INSTALL appears all the time

On a Windows 7 x64 desktop computer, the game is on Firefox Quantum 58.0.2 (64 bit).

I have the same problem: https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/634962/

    Thanks for the help.

It's complicated. Sometimes for no reasons Firefox stops to work with websockets which 4game needs. There nothing could be done. Sometimes it resolves itself with new update.

    Resolution: use other browsers.
