Shop Place Changed a Teleportation? :P

I put my shop at near npc of Rift entrence. after an hour my shop place changed I saw it moved to close to aden warehouse .Also I saw that my friend who were sitting at aden stairs at same place too. nobody touch my pc and my friend was afk too. A bug appears or smt happen in server? Please write if you saw same issues. thank you.

 

Also I saw I have no tag at private buy shop. buy buy screen items on. and some other players had same issue too

So funny this is second acc which were at shop too. no tags like sale shop and moved from aden center to outside...
What kind of bug is this??? Maybe a tank found a bug to use chain to move place of shops at aden???
