Cant sign-in

hello, do any have problem with sign-in to game acc?
i cant log in on my acc what i made on start pts. but i made new acc for check that i can log form new acc, and i can ;/

i tryed get password but told me that mail is not found =x

 

they have a maintenace break o nthe site, this is why we can't login.

 

its strange cause if i will make new acc i can log

but no matter i will go play skyrim that way xd

yes but still why is there - invalid login and password? - why cant we connect to the site? what is wrong whit our accounts? we need to make new ones?

 

the problem is with my fb account which is nothing to do with the test server. if i try to log my fb acc, a popup shows that i should link it to a normal acc, but even if i try that nothing happens.

 

that kind of info should be inform on main page/sign in page also.
as i notice only new acc ( made now) can log, ane old cant. =/ lets wait little more maybe we will be able to log in 1-2h i hope =x

 

honestly i'd expect things to get worse in a bit instead of better, since they do have to test some stuff preparing for live.
as for the warning not being on the 1st page, i agree...but what can you do about it,eh? xd then again, it's just beta. it's expected for beta to have functionality issues, specially since tomorrow is live day and this is basically the last day of testing, they have to get everything ready.

 

i know its beta, but if someone do not have forum account, and now cant log, first think in head is " omfg in game some bugs now on page bugs"
and i agree its only beta so no need make special realtion with chars, but i still need get some pratice with new skills

 

same issue, funny enough it says wrong user password, when i try recover password it tells that username does not exist and when i try create with same email it says it does exist...

 

i have same problem. some from innova staff to explain why this happens?

 

after dling 3 times the client , got all bugs , no vid,no play button ,
no account , how can we test a beta game , when we can't log in all time
i care about release , just give us a good beta first
since first day i cant log so i care for the 7!

 

yep same problem here - i wanted to test server enchant rate and i cant ...
yesterday i checked pedant box rates ... and now no testing

what happened ? - it looks kinda my account was banned

 

i have no mail from innova if i am banned, and wtf banned during beta test ? also if i have ban i want to know why , didnt use bot, ranger programs , nor i visit adena selling pages, so what the **** ?

 

chill dude, you are not banned, if you would put smallest amount of time to read through this topic and the yellow bar on the top of the page you would not have to act like an ***

 

there is no ban account , just : joke/beta with soon joke/release
