no log for invalid email -> recovery pass ->no exist email :s -> create acc -> email used wtf!

 

of course i read it , but its wrote "there is a chance of test server temporary failing at the moment due to the live server preparation. "so test server not stupid page. i could not login in my web account not in server , so for me this are 2 different things. also some clan mates dont have problems at all with login. therefor i ask for some innova worker to tell us why this happen!

 

zlotaronka, maybe they were clearing database and automatically deleted duplicated accounts based on ip address. i dunno.

have you tried create the account using the same name / e-mail address as the "banned" one ? it could confirm if the accounts exists or not.

imo you are not banned. just some bug in db. thats all

 

when i try to recover password its wrote "user not found". when i try to create new account with same mail its wrote "this address is already registered".
i am not worried about beta.. i am just worried if we are banned, to say reasons why. in goha forum there is alot of frost fails , and alot of people was banned for nothing (i think one was because they used windows xp). i dont want to start life and got ban for nothing , and noone from innova explain why we have this problem.

 

same here, i got realy paranoic after a while thinking i have some sort of keylogger/tracking cookie, and account got hacked, because i had to uninstal my commodo firewall. seems it is a generalised situation, so i don't have any keylogger

 

i cant login too there is write invalid login or password...

same, made a new account too and was able to log. some people from my clan are still able to log with their pts accounts as well..

 

hmm ok, we have all same problem and as long many ppl have i hope innova support will react fast enaught.....

 

had the poblem with my account too, always told me user/password is invalid.

now when i try, it says

"error 404
the address has been entered incorrectly or the page no longer exists on the website."

i have a problem with logging in and sees that not only me, the idea is that as a log 3 days to test lineage 2, it is now trying to login, i can not ... at first i thought that i type a wrong password, but not because i wanted remember the password of 4 game wrote it could not be found by wtf?, someone knows what can go? because i did not and do not know what to do for 3 days because i could easily log

 

seems issue is resolved, i can log in now.
