    today i logg in server and i cant press start... i want know why i payed 6 months pa

    what happend after you click start? any window appear?
    if not its can be problem with frost start-up. please check your av/firewall settings.

    if your character is gray, and there is no start button on character selection screen, that means your account is suspended due to some illegal actions.
    please contact support via support.4game for more detailed informations.

    please familiarize yourself with user agreement and violations and penalties.
