I sent a ticket to the support 24/4-18...still no answer! How long do i have to wait for an answer, or do the Innova team just ignor tickets now?

There is nothing to argue about. Support works on RU calendar cause its office is located in MSC. And those 10 days are business ones still. Anyway. Answer is given. Locked.
