    I sent a ticket to the support 24/4-18...still no answer! How long do i have to wait for an answer, or do the Innova team just ignor tickets now?

    Dont worry i send a ticket today cuz i cant get a code to log and probably i will get answer next week

    Support answers 10 business days. There are holidays from 28 Apr till 2 May.

    I'll add to it that, according to the user agreement, support shall reply in 10 days. Not business days.

    There is nothing to argue about. Support works on RU calendar cause its office is located in MSC. And those 10 days are business ones still.

    Anyway. Answer is given. Locked.
