I managed to solve the problem

If someone has a problem with the status of 6194318, it is necessary to disable the Windows systems test mode. Through CMD consoles with administrator privileges.

bcdedit.exe / set TESTSIGNING OFF

By default it is off, but I had to turn it on a few days ago and hence my problems.
