    From today morning (GTM -3) you can not enter the game. And if I enter the character does not move, It's nailed to the floor. I can not move at all. Is there a problem with the connection from Latin American areas? Every 2 days this happens.

    Post result of network diagnostics from check4game utility (https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/5439/). And on winmtr button as well.
