i guess bad script, couldnt decide between : target nearest enemy, target lowest hp enemy, target priority enemy, target enemy healer, interrupt buffs, target enemy with "skills up", target enemy directly after rez to interupt noble or target the one with most debuffs ( or a few more reasons)

I slowed down the video and nearly all targets are taken by next target (immediately next to him), notbrah is most probably macro'd.
he played full piano and thats not effective but thats what he did

 

sure it does but at the same time u can do the same with mouse macro spamming next target.
