    There were no fixes in success rates as well as the server files were not changed at all since the introduction of this promotion. Every server fix is made only by KR DEV. Moreover, the success rates for the Circlets of Power have not changed even in Korea since they first added the items in their L2Store (Jan 2017). Devs do not have the habit to adjust any chances of paid content "in the middle of the road". It works the same for all L2 versions (KR and overseas). You may believe it or not, just a fact.

    @DIL but can you confirm there is no dynamic enchant rate controlled by script that adjusts the rates according to number of successes and fails on server? Like Palkah suggests?

    Y i know that even without restart is impossible to made changes, yesterday and after restart it was very easy to made noble+5. But some kind of script which can adjust sucess rate for enchant/drop

    Another example - carrots i have 2 fraps one in 2 day of event and one after 10 days of event results

    2 day - 1200 galup packs
    3 x Longing
    Destro EWR
    Freya Weapon
    2 x Freya Armor
    2 x matack+int
    2 x str+patack

    10 day - 1500 galup boxes
    1 x freya armor
    .
    .
    .

    nothing more expensive even 0 valuable hats

    He probably cannot because that would require decompiling server files which is against their license, so Innova only knows about the workings of this game as much as Korea tells them, and as much as they can check without breaking the license.

    I wasn't sure the system exists until I observed introduction of Tarots on Ramona. On the very first day, 3 people got a Dragon Jewel in 2 hours. People saw that, and played like crazy, and got no Jewels for whole week. Then, there was a maintenance where new game client version was introduced (for some reason that resets all the counters). Right after maintenance, 2 more people got Dragon Jewels, and then pretty much nothing for few more days.

    You could argue that on the 1st day most people played right after the server went up, but most of the people I knew waited a day or two for L2Store prices to balance out.

    I'm not sure for 100%, but devs never mentioned about this when we were designing L2Store promo together. The only thing that is 100% controlled by the script in the way you described is so-called 'scripted events' where you need to farm event items, and the amount of dropped items depends on the number of players farming mobs at the moment. That's why you obtain a lot more event items in test server as you're the only character killing mobs atm. All the rest random things in L2 have fixed drop/success rates specified in the server script, we can check it in the script but as I said before - we are not able to change anything because of the license and due to technical reasons (decrypted scripts for QA/info purposes cannot be applied in the server).

    We receive decrypted server scripts for QA/info purposes from devs, but those cannot be used to somehow adjust the server as I already said.

    I'm not talking about this promo, I believe a system like that is implemented globally on the whole server to almost every RNG possible.

    But are the scripts standalone from the moment player requests an RNG to the moment of getting the results, or do they have calls to server functions which you cannot check?

    I can't answer for sure. We don't have access to internal server code, only to scripts and some NPC AI. And the RNG mechanism seems to be hard-coded 'inside' the server code, so we can only guess. But again the devs never told us anything about the 'global RNG giveaway controller'.

    And NC West is kinda cheap if u compare it to what Abramovic pay for a Dinner, but thats not the point, the point is 2k for a GAME is crazy, wake up people, 2k for pixel, and then they wonder why the Servers are empty i dont get it really

    If anybody has access to Cloak enchant chances from Korea (the event which is NOT planned here so far), please send me a link so I can do proper calculations :)

    The ~20(correct me if Im wrong) people left on this project at NCSoft Korea (the Goddess+ version) have no clue or manpower to develop this game so if I were to hazard a guess, they're just milking as hard as possible until everybody quits and they can close the project.

    If you mean the Cloaks of Ancient Kingdoms, they were not introduced in Korea. This is the overseas feature only. Korea had some different cloaks like 'Sayha's Cloaks' or smth.

    On the third hand (yes, I'm such a resourceful boi xD) - that explains why they weren't forced here

    Yes and no. If you are the only one doing the attempts, then, yes, if some mega-ebayer does it the same period (day, hour, etc), then they will get most successful attempts and you most unsuccessful ones. Overall, it will be the advertised rate, more or less.
