Conditions: Account was inactive from 11:59 pm 29th of June till 11:59 pm 29th of July 2018 (before the update release date announcement) At least one character level 39 (inc) or higher on the account. Way of assessment: "Hero's Support Box" gift has been assessed to the warehouse of the returning hero`s character with the biggest amount of experience on the account (1 for the account). Experience is calculated by the main character`s class. Support Boxes & Cubes The content of the box, which has been obtained by all returning heroes who meet conditions, is listed below. This is the first (base) box, and the player will obtain further boxes according to the principle of Russian doll. Hero's Support Box The box cannot be exchanged / dropped / sold. Can be shared within account through Dimensional Merchant. Hero's High-grade Support Box will be obtained from the first box. The box cannot be exchanged / dropped / sold. Can be shared within account through Dimensional Merchant. From the Hero's High-grade Support Box player will obtain Top-grade Hero's Support Box. The box cannot be exchanged / dropped / sold. Can be shared within account through Dimensional Merchant. Moreover, from the Top-grade Hero's Support Box player will obtain Hero's Support Cube of multiple use. Random item from the list will be received when the cube is opened. Cube is temporary (14 days). It can be used once per day (reset time – 6:30 am). The cube cannot be exchanged / dropped / sold. Cannot be shared within account through Dimensional Merchant. From the Hero's High-grade Support Box player will obtain Hero's Cheering Cube of multiple use, which is presented in the event for the first time! This Cube is distinguished by new mechanics: at each use player will obtain one certain item - standard reward. And at the tenth, twentieth and thirtieth use - completely different - special reward (regular reward will not be given). The Cube disappears after the thirtieth use. The cube cannot be exchanged / dropped / sold. Cannot be shared within account through Dimensional Merchant. Exchange at Dimensional MerchantHero's Marks and Armor/Weapon Coupons obtained from the boxes can be exchanged at the Dimensional Merchant NPC in any town. Click on "I want to exchange Hero's Marks for equipment and some consumables." in the NPC's dialog. Dimensional Merchant's item list is displayed in the exchange window only if you have at least one required item in the inventory. Only for Lv. 85+ characters. All equipment cannot be enchanted, augmented, crystallized, enhanced with attribute. Blessed Paulina's Specter weapons and Seraph armor/accessories can be worn already at level 85 or above. Helios weapons and Eternal armor can be worn at level 99 or above. The item timer starts the countdown after opening the boxes and capsules (30 days). The remaining item duration decreases even when not playing. Helios weapons are enchanted to +6 and have the Holy Atk. Attribute applied (300). Eternal armor have 3 Def. Attributes applied (120 of Water/Earth/Dark Def. attributes). Blessed Paulina's Specter weapons have the Wind Atk. Attribute applied (300). The items are not enchanted. Blessed Paulina's Seraph armor have 3 Def. Attributes applied (120 of Water/Earth/Dark Def. attributes). The items are not enchanted. You can also stock up on some Soulshots and Blessed Spiritshots that have zero weight at Dimensional Merchant's store.
