Bounty Hunter's "Spike" Skill Doesn't Work on Phantom Summoner

Good day, I want to report a bug - Bounty Hunter's "Spike" Skill Doesn't Work on Phantom Summoner, it doesn't add P.Atk on character nor it does add on my Summon. Please check this

 

Its not a bug, it's a feature. Retributer is not a blunt weapon so why would a blunt-weapon specific buff give it any bonuses?

 

In the skill description it does not say it is a Blunt only weapon, also it works on other characters who do not wear blunt weapons. How does it is supposed to work?

 

Pre-Goddess descriptions lie all the time.

Spike: P.Atk for blunt weapon users +5%, stun landrate for everyone +8%
Restring/Bowstring: P.Atk Bow/Crossbow 5%, Range Bow/Crossbow 100 points
Sharp Edge: P.Atk of sword;dagger;dualdagger;pole;rapier;ancientsword;dualsword;dualfist +5%, Critical rate of sword;dagger;dualdagger;pole;rapier;ancientsword;dualsword;dualfist +20%

Encase Armor: +10% P.Def while wearing heavy armor
Hard Tanning: +5% P.Def and +2 evasion while wearing light armor
Embroider: P.Def in Robe +5%, MP Recovery in Robe +2

If it works in any other way then it's a bug to be reported

 

some of those "buffs" don't add anything on stats, like crit dmg buffs. but they can be felt while hunting.

 

What crt dmg, none of these skills gives crt dmg, only crit rate for sharp edge

 

that was example.
in short - they add something, but not visible on stats.

 

On other characters, P.Atk in Character Status increases with Spike buff, only on my Phantom Summoner character it doesn't add anything.

 

Try with other weapons like bow/dagger, there is a small chance they changed 8 year old buff at some point to apply to all weapons, but since new types were added this updater for retri, it's not included

 

so you use bad weapon.
description says: Adds Spike to the Blunt weapon to increase Attack by 5% and Stun Atk. Rate by 8% for 20 min. and what weapon you use? retri is staff now.
try buy non grade blunt weapon and check stats with and without buff.

Adds a spike to a weapon to get P. Atk. +10% and Stun Atk. Rate +15% for 20 min.

For your curiosity, I tried with blunt too, doesn't add anything. It does not work on my class, it is a bug, either with skill description or with the skill itself.

 

Oh, we are talking about a classic version, I have no idea how classic version should work. This is a GoD forum and that's the answer you've got, you should go to Classic forum
