You can ignore it and add the folder to the safe list, but if you want to be extra safe:

The correct file should have 1.38MB size (1 454 592 bytes) with an MD5 checksum of 725BA60220307060684C9E22FFFDCBA8.

You can calculate an MD5 of a file in Windows 10 using Powershell -> open the Start Menu, type in Powershell and launch it (regular Powershell and not Powershell ISE), the command is

where the path between "" is your path to Window.dll file. If the checksums are the same, then it's a false positive and you should add whole LineageII folder to excluded folders. If the MD5 differs, delete the file and Repair the game on the website, and check the checksum again.
