I think a boycott, for like a year, similar to the one attempted during the sayha promo is needed, only this time server should turn 100% PvE so no excuses about staying competitive etc. Let's make our own experiment and see if they listen then
Thanks to @DefNotMits and @Hax there is almost no chance to make succesful boycott. They failed miserably last time, doubt someone will ever listen to something similar..., but u never know Try it!
They failed because they wanted to boycott and PvP(aka stay competitive) at the same time which, we all know, it's impossible because of egos. All you need is one side EN or TH, to close war, not participate in sieges and only PvE for a year or so. The game is dying rapidly anyways, we have literally nothing to lose.
What boycott? There was nothing close to a boycott then, there isn't going to be one now, or ever for that matter. It was heard, but that is. They didn't say we will lower prices lol.
I didn't say the last one was successful but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try again. BTW if you have a better alternative that we could try I'm all ears.
Why boycott? We should actually be crying that the prices are too small, so they raise them, nobody buys stuff, and the game dies, with a chance to be reborn once NCSoft sells rights for a penny.
I'm actually thinking the same, it's better that it dies sooner than later. So someone buys it for pennies on the dollar and revive it. Hi Avatar Edit: Obviously Palkah for experimenter and I can also recommend a very good dev with experience on this game.
During the boycott both sides alrdy had some talismans and the talismans themselves are not visible until it is too late. Basically it was: trust the enemy clan to not buy an invisible item before the event period ends. Will be same here because artefacts are invisible. Not having the safe upgrade option is a huge blow, but it is nothing new that the management here *****

Let me give you an analogy. Imagine a German Death Camp where Innova is the guards and Korea is the Hitler. And we are the prisoners. If one day Hitler decides to kill all the prisoners, the guards can either carry on their order or refuse it and die. It's the same situation: if Korea wants something, Innova can either go along, while trying to influence it , or straight-up refuse it which probably (because I do not know for sure) breaks their license, in which case Innova is left with nothing (has to close the servers) while Korea finds another company to do the guards job (publish the game in RU and EU). Simple enough or do I need to talk about bees and flowers?
Well, if I'm not mistaken when a company like innova buys the rights to another like Ncsoft, the second one demands the annual or monthly payment of some royalties to the first and then it can exploit the game at will. As long as they stay within the range of varying the game that Ncsoft demands. For that same reason in the American there are some options and prices in the Russian other and here others. Innova reserves the right to modify the original game within the limits provided by ncsoft. So in the American is complete fishing and here not in the American one needs a stone for the circlet and here three etc ... it is all decision to innovate so do not remove the dead person with cheap excuses.
