Is this a fact? I am really asking, cuz it doesn't sound reasonable. Why would Innova merge their perfectly alive servers with this graveyard called Core+Ramona+Tiat?
Perfectlty alive would be an overstatement. They got 4 RU servers left and on every signle one there is a dominant side without anyone able to compete with them , there is a reason RU main servers get referred to as a swamp They got 2 merges left on RU main servers before it is 1 server left and my guess is it will take like 3 yeras max before it happens. Even top donators are bored now cause they got all the gear in the world but nobody to fight.
Because its better to run 1 server with 1050 people than 1 ru server with 1k people and core with 50 people. And its a very probable, my guess is they will merge ru server within the next 6 months or so at the time when tiat will be merged to core and then probably another year because more merges will happen. Innova simple ran its course and had many chances to rebound, but Tiat kinda sealed the fate for EU at least.
Hard to call them alive they are just as big graveyards,the difference is that theres more online ppl/boxes cuz of their certificate system where you can buy PA for adena Also political situation on server : Airin,Blackbird multiple years one clan is dominating, Esthus,Elcardia in last 2-3 months opposition has crumbled and they have become also 1 sided. Also online situation of servers : Hatos in last month has lost 430 active accounts, rest servers in range 50-150. In my opinion its inevitable. And like really, they decided to open a server without creating any hype over it, and after ncwest has opened their classics servers and gathered any possible soul and rmter that is still willing to play this thing.
What's most funny is that innova made p2w server to milk cows, but even cows arent donating coz there is like 100ppl playing so its a waste of money even for them. 1st few days on Ramona you could find ppl in Aden enchanting shirts non stop, tons of shops selling jewel boxes and jewels lv3 here there are 2 shops with Fortune Bags and k85 passes xD It's nice to see their plans backfired, 5k ppl left Black Desert coz they added 10% enchant boost to their store and Innova thinks ppl will come to play a game with most items comming from l2store ;p
few reasons why this project was fail since they announced it: wrong chronicle. no drops, no adena income, no clans (gl to levelup clan, to make it lv4 to get ch you need "WORK" for that like 2 months. and not talking about later clan leveling. for example to reach clan level 11 you need like half year when lets say 90 chars doing weekly missions. (~3k crp/week). too high l2store...
This should be implemented in every mmo, but again Innova's strategy. Have it for one server but not for other - Korea does not allow/hard to do etc etc
We should be happy none other than Adena farmers/sellers taking this server seriously. It sends a strong message to the management that people aren't falling for cash grabs anymore. #StopFeedingThem
Yeah, Tiat looks like a test server. Normally I am a heavy spender but there is no way I will throw money on this PTS. This server will grind to a halt eventually because of the lack of people to progress. You reach a point and realise there's nothing you can do with 2..3 Cps. And if you recruit and get everyone else for let's say Trasken, what is the point? Whole server united under a banner... actually 60 people united under 6 clans of 10 people each Innova has never had a good relationship with their player base and this can be seen in all their servers declining population. There is nothing wrong with the game as private server attract thousands. I wonder, do Innova top bras even look at the forums? Is anybody asking the right questions of the Project Manager? What about investigating the activity of the Community Manager? The Project Manager in this case is a thief for he/she has stolen money from their employer (the money that he/she received for a job that they were supposed to do?)
I was really hype for this server at the beginning, I thought Innova saw the success of the low P2W NA Classic and hurry themselves to launch a similar server with GOD chronicle but i was wrong, very wrong. BibleThump
Taking into consideration what dirty deals happen in ru side with staff (anubis khm khm..), from fresh pts leaks to private sector to weird gm assists, for example, permabanned char unbans for 1 hour to get all equipment from them. Unless big bosses themselves appear in forum they wont have a clue.
NCWest isn't any better. I remember when RM under Batman were teleporting whole clan from clan-hall inside Frintezza. Do you know what happened? a 7 day ban. That's all! My memory misses two things: - this thing was going on or for 2 1/2 weeks or 2 1/2 months - i'm not sure if all the loot deleted or not Do you want me to remind you localhost and the OE bug? Result? NCWest just revert the weaps to +0... that's all! No ban to players, no weapon deletion, they just lost the enchant.
So nothing real just hopes and dreams. And it's more likely they will just pull the plug than merge. Given here prices are x2(to say the least) and we still have some stupid mofos getting best item in 2-3 days. Merging served will mean they will demolish the Russians in no time and will turn it into a new dead EU server. Or they will have to x2 the RU prices and lose 2/3 of the ru donators. But whatever next major announcement will be either "on X 2020 we opening new crash-grab Tiat v2" or " on X 2020 core is Peru"
