Crash after closing the game

Hi, i'm having this problem, when i close the game my pc crash and i have to press power boton untill shutdown, this is the only game when it happens to me and the pc don't have more than 1 year, i don't have antivirus (i saw it could be the problem), i tried to repair the files and it did nothing, unninstalling and installing again...

If i can't solve the problem i will just unninstall the game.

PD: Is amazing the bad optimization of the game.
PDD: Yes my pc is ok, is full working and is not the problem.

Ive got same problem.

Everytime when i close game got freeze on my operation system. Only power button helps.

I cant play with this.

 

Can anyone help us?

Do you have Kaspersky installed?

 

@kreege i have the same problem as them. and yes i got kaspersky installed. you think that's the reason?

 

Nop i don't have antivirus.

 

Yesterday was an update for frost which should fix this issue with kaspersky. Please check.

Next common reason is FaceIT. It should be uninstalled.
