I can't run game (Frost Security Error)

I reinstalled game few days ago (I did not play), and now I can't enter game, because I get such thing everytime i try to run game from website or client.
I have Win10 64bit. Last time I was playing like 4 months ago, and it worked. It seems like some patch made me unable to play.

 

1. Props for the wallpaper
2. No props for taskbar being up
3. Status: 2 000 022 - The OS is running in the test mode. It can be switched off with the .reg file http://cdn.inn.ru/support/files/debug_uninstalled.zip Unzip, run, restart your PC and try again.

Anyway, thanks for the answer. So, I knew about test mode before and I tried to turn it off manually via cmd command. It did not work.
But now it did with file u linked. Thanks dude!
