Is there a pve bonus based just on the difference between character attacking and the mob and if yes, can you provide some values?
There is damage penalty hitting higher lvl mobs. Afaik starts at 2 lvls below with about 20% penalty and goes up with high lvl difference. There should be some small bonus when you are higher but no idae on the values
I've experienced hitting same mob 50-60k on level 99 and 70k on level 100. Of course it could be random factor and I didn't test it with more than 20 hits under same buffs but I think there is something. And yes, mob is level 95 so that's why I am asking about bonus and not about penalty.
