If you get black screen on launcher, you can right click its little icon and click 4game. it will solve problem.
Same problem. Yesterday everything worked perfect but today only black screen when launching 4game. Waiting who can help
dude i tried reinstalling the 4game app ( 7 times .. ) , the game ( 3 times ) , i tried turning off win defender ( i had no anti virus) , tried reinstalling and installing everything. The only thing that helped me was the windows recovery on win 10...
Recovery or reinstalling a pc is last solution. Today I made update and I saw that program stucked at death screen (black mode) after installing. I checked a little and saw that dotnetbrowser.chromium 32 stucked at refresh. Also my pc operating system is 64 bit and our connection client is having both 32 and 64 bit chromium support but only using 32 bit on a 64 bit system. So this problem is not user problem. Innova need to make some test before updates or they need to make a patch for it. Completely deleting old records of innova game launcher worked for loging game 1 time. after closing and opening launcher stucked at black screen again... Need real support to help us. I hope technical support asistances read that post and correct problems...
