Dark castle cloak without castle

Can any1 tell me how this person can wear dark castle cloak while his clan doesn't have a castle?

I think the screen is fake and very bad edited so hmmm

 

i saw him many times with this cloak from months even in Ramona and there he also dont have castle

and btw i know the answer but idk if i can tell you

I saw him in an instance and I was curious about which castle his clan has.
Because I barely see any1 with dark castle cloak for months on Core.
But I could not find on the map that his clan does have a castle.

So I thought: it is a Nevit's Cloak of Dark.
I saw only Nevit's Cloak of Light but who knows, so I looked on the net.
Even Mr. Google doesn't know about Nevit's Cloak of Dark.
So I thought: hmm..then it is dark castle cloak..that is weird.

That is why I asked here, maybe some1 knows how.
I dont know this person nor his clan, so I have no reason to make a fake picture.
I am just curious about this cloak.
