How can I check my ticket status?

    Hello,
    I'm new here. I opened a ticket, I wonder how I can check the status, as it has been 2 days, I have not received any response.
    Also, there may be someone can help me. I just bought a premium account, but I got disconnected from the server every 2 mins, I can't play at all.
    I'm in Australia, I have been playing it on NCSOFT US for a while, never got such issue. What happened?

    It takes within 10 working days to get an answer. You usally get an email notification when there is a reply.

    Looking at your location, you could have a bad network routing to the server (in Luxembourg).

    Do you have a message from frost in the notification area? It could be seen in windowed mode.

    I saw it, said waiting for the allocation to the agent after I submitted the ticket. I closed the window.
    Now I don't know where it is?
