It takes within 10 working days to get an answer. You usally get an email notification when there is a reply. Looking at your location, you could have a bad network routing to the server (in Luxembourg).
I saw it, said waiting for the allocation to the agent after I submitted the ticket. I closed the window. Now I don't know where it is?
