To me the gamer will spend if the event is useful for him and if he has spare money to do so. Yep the prices are higher than ru, i don't buy the salary/tax stuff neither, but it's a company which runs a business. The company has to understand that a newbie has only one way to gear up Buying things from the l2store and sell those things for adena With that adena the newbie buys gear [armor, weapons, stuff] The company is loosing money because the tarots atm are untradable so a newbie can purchase them but can't sell them, so, all in all, he will skip this event because it isn't useful for him. You are telling us not to watch RU servers ? And you copy/paste all stuff from there . You telling us to make constructive convos with you : We told you NOT to make 2nd server because NO PPLS even on Core and you still open the new one . Less than year from then you merge again . Open your eyes , log your GM characters and see that on siege there is 200-300 active ppls . Think about that. You and your decisions made server dead.
Why you always say innova is company and need to gain money that why those price must be so high? To make a game pixel you dont need to pay for ingridients to make it so you can set any price like you want becouse there is no production cost. You can sell 100 tarot or 100000000 tarots and this will cost you nothing. More people will buy something from l2store if there will be less price so they will just try thier luck even if they will buy only one pack. With this prices only those who donate all time will be playing it. It's just brainless move to not allow less wealthy players to not participate in this event becouse if someone wins in lottery or even in tartots will be more likely to spent another money on events becouse he will see that he can gain something good by spending money. Similar how casino works (excitement, lottery, test your luck, profits will make you more likely to play again - spent money)
I live in Latin America, and I like many people who play all the prices they put are very expensive, I understand that the server is from Europe, but they have a large public of Latin America and I think they should take into account all people at the time of doing this type of events. Personally I can not participate in this event because it is VERY EXPENSIVE. It would be good to be read and we can make this an even server for everyone.

Not only that which is super obvious, but RU also has many people who never stop spending tons and tons of money. Core lacks those kinds of people, I really wonder what do they expect from EU players, tricking us with one step forward and two steps back.
@Dimo81 I asked about this in calendar posts (this and last and still no answer from @Artchem ) @Artchem Erm... I asked you twice about farm events about reasons why we have to wait so long for farm event (last one was 11 months ago, in August 2018). Since this You (I mean Innova) gave us only 2-3 events L2store per month (ad few login events also in this 11 months). So this made this server only L2store event. I remember times when on core delay between events was 2-4 months. Lineage 2 server w/o farm events... especially in holiday time. And imo You have reason why You have to make merge (again, and I dont have to remind You about this You told us it wont happen) and also why people are left server. Give them(me) reason to stay on this server when w/o paying a lot in L2store We are not able reach top on server because only donors have end game stuff. You made events like Photo contest, top price are exp stuff. Now you made L2store event, top price? +25 Krishna weapon... And in my post I avoid like you please unflattering utterances to Innova. (P.S. I still belive deep in my hearth You can answer me)
Just to remind few crybabies flaming on this thread, this is a discount on already existing l2store items. Let's categorize playerbase into 3 groups: 1. nonspenders - they don't own even pa and they are not considering it Worst case scenario: no one will be buying tarots and they won't have any benefit nor loss Best case scenario: group 3 will spend so much and a lot of items will get cheaper thus benefiting nonspenders 2. seasonal spenders from Balkans - they don't play without pa, they often buy runes, xp boosts and sometimes participate in l2store promotions Worst case scenario: they buy pack or two and get trash Best case scenario: they buy pack or two and get lucky with few expensive rewards but since they can't spend as much as group 3 it's quite unlikely this will make big enough impact for them to become competitive 3. visa whales aka competitive factors Worst case scenario: there is no such thing for this group Best case scenario: there is no such thing for this group I feel group 2 is largest in numbers but unfortunately not big enough to make any significant loss to company even if they decide to not participate because most of their profits is comming from group 3. If everything in l2store was cheap enough for group 2 to become competitive by spending few hundred euros then soon everyone would have all top gear and there wouldn't be any reason for group 3 to exist and company needs group 3 to stay profitable. Imagine if you could make greater jewels for 5 euros and lv3 dragon weapons for 50, what would then group 3 spend all their money on?
The worst of all cases would be: The people who always donate stop playing because there is no one to make a fight since nobody can reach their level of equipment xd
Hello @Dimo81, @Siersciuch! The next farm event is planned for the autumn. When we get confirmation from the dev team, I will be allowed to public dates in a calendar of events.
What about other questions/concerns that we have raised? Are there going to be a "healthy" dialogue or "useless" monologue as usual? Also, do us all a favor and please go an extra mile to try and find out if we are getting gods jewels and/or ancient cloaks?
It is not to bother but let me guess ....... bonfires or carrots, right? For a short and paste I do not think there's much to plan ....
Thanks for the discount event I always enjoy more affordable prices on the store since I have a low income and buying monthly pa is usually my limit. To be honest though I have an objection about the draw prize. It's very overpowered :S There is already a huge gap between player power levels (there are ppl who barely can xp on their level areas while at the same time there are characters that solo raids) :/ For the future I would love to see an exp event again soon ^^ Also some ingame events that will require players to be active online. It's so sad too see that the game is full of afk parties. Normal players like me can't find actual people to play with.
Hello @Artchem ... so we will get one farm event after more then one year, and with this rising delay next one we will get (if we have luck) on... winter 2021? I asked you few times why we have to wait so long, why earlier farm event was 3-4 times per year, now is... one per 1,5 year (if release wont move). How holidays can be w/o event such farm type! People who make plans for me never played in L2 or another online game (games on iPhone dont count!!).
@Artchem don't take it personal, but... This lottery was pretty bad. 1) Putting the Tiat payers at the bottom (number wise) killer their chances. 2) Giving the same person consequent numbers lowers their chances by.. A lot 3) Using that generator from Google gives and takes more chance from ppl. 1 and 2 can easily be fixed. In excel (or docs) sort by name, give numbers and scramble the numbers. And for 3 you can easily either use excel to exclude the winners so 1 persons don't get 2 or more prizes or Google a simple script to do so.
1) for me they can remove tiat player from everything , no to merge 2) dont open 4 tarots pack in 1 min and you wont get "consequent" numbers 3) google is a cheater , he only choose his friends
