how to chat to everyone in the world??

hi i started the eu lineage 2 yesterday on aria server and its realllly quiet is there some kind of chat function that ppl talk in or not? and also any english players here or not??

 

only heroes and gms can talk to everyone in the server. there is a shout for a limited area (the orange one for example). the problem might be that aria has significantly less ppl than core server.

 

better start on core cause aira is almost dead server.

 

aria should merge with core :d
