as with most mmo's , what you write on the ingame world chats, be it private, clan, party etc etc, is at your own risk. if someone takes offense to something you have said or a member of staff sees language that is not acceptable then there are penalties for it which differ depending on the severity.

question has been answered. closing thread as detailed discussion of bans is not permitted on the forum boards as that information is considered private between innova and yourself.
