Blocked game account.

i have created 2 accounts and one of them with 7 characters has been blocked. can't log in, can't recover psw, cant create new account on same email aderess. what's that? i can't have 2 accounts per ip or wtf?

this feature of the service (security policy). one account - an email address. if you want to have two or more accounts, then create the appropriate number to e-mail address ... no other choice.

 

those two my game accounts have been created on two different emails.

 

do not worry. problema not disappear by itself when the server starts the official start of lineage 2 goddess of destruction. in any case, there is another option - report a problem to support.

 

mb you have bots and rangers on pc?

 

me and my gf cant login either, hopefully it has to do with the announcement they posted =/

 

i have the same problem. had 2 accounts which i were using for multiple characters tests during open beta pts. today can't log in on one of them. it says the password or login is incorrect and when i try to recover my password it says "user not found". is it possible that 4game just deleted my account not explaining why or anything?

login/pass invalid, i guess they either wiped the accounts, or i have been a bad boy durnig pts?

 

i just tried to register a new account with the previous address, it says it's already been used.
well, waiting for official annoucement on that issue then

edit : registering with a new address works though. ahem..

well accounts werent wiped imo.. try to make another account with the same nick and email adress.. it tells u its used
