Hi! I had a similar problem with a launcher, and sometimes the issue stems from conflicts with certain background programs or Windows permissions. Try running the launcher as an administrator and temporarily disabling your antivirus/Windows Defender. Alternatively, creating a new Windows user account and running it from there may help.
